THE VILLA

Leading from the front door you enter the lounge/dining area. The cathedral ceilings and ceramic tiled floors give these areas a light, cool and airy feel.

The spacious LOUNGE has cable television, DVD& VCR. There is a telephone for your use and all calls within the USA are free. You can sit and relax on the two comfortable sofas, or in the easy chair. (Please note that 1 of the sofas converts to a queen size sofa bed). Ceiling fan. There is a small selection of books in the TV cabinet. Patio doors lead from the lounge area to the swimming pool and deck.

DINING AREA has large table and 6 chairs. Stereo CD player.

The KITCHEN leads from these areas; it is fully equipped with everything you should need for your self-catering holiday. There is a large oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, plus of course, toaster, kettle, blenders, and all the cutlery, plates and glasses you should need. There is a selection of ‘plastic’ plates and glasses, which we recommended you use by the pool in case of breakages. You may also use these if you go out on a picnic. Off the kitchen is a utility area with a washing machine/tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Opposite is a cupboard with board games, puzzles and children’s books.

Through the kitchen is a door that leads into the garage, where we have our GAMES TABLES, there is a pool table, air hockey and table-top converter for table tennis.

MASTER BEDROOM with EN-SUITE. Our master bedroom has a new luxury pillow- top queen size bed. Plenty of drawer space, bedside tables with lamps, TV and ceiling fan, door leads to en-suite .Carpeted floor. There is a linen cupboard with pool and spare towels. WALK-IN CLOSET and WALK-IN/SIT- IN DOUBLE SHOWER, WC and basin. Hairdryer. Tiled floor to bathroom.

BEDROOMS 2 & 3 each have 2 single beds, large built in wardrobes and plenty of drawers.

There is a family bathroom between bedrooms 2 & 3 with bath, overhead shower, basin and WC. Hairdryer.

THE BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE POOL with extended deck & part-covered lanai is ideal for al fresco dining.

There is a table and chairs, plus sun loungers. The whole of the deck and pool area is screened to keep out the bugs!! There is an outside light for the lanai and a pool light for night-time.

The pool is approx 28ft x 13.6. There are steps that lead into the shallow end which is about 3ft deep and a seat/ledge in the deep end, which is around 5.5ft deep.

The pool can be heated for an additional charge during the winter months. We are sure the pool will get plenty of use during your stay!!

There is planting within the screened area and all around for extra privacy.

BACK OF THE VILLA FROM CONSERVATION AREA

We provide a travel style CRIB, for our youngest guests. There are baby blankets, sheets and covers.

INTERNET ACCESS is available to our guests; you need to bring your own computer, all details of how to set up with the Ethernet cable is in the villa.
